Eley are back!
After the success of last year (and Martyn didn't shoot too badly, either!) the Eley testing rig will be back for 50m batch testing of Eley Tenex and Eley Edge, under the supervision of Eley staff.  See the side panel for poster and booking form details.

PROGRAMME  -  50 Metre Rifle
(a British Shooting selection event)
See entry form for squad times, etc, and/or download the timetable graphic from this page

The 50 metre rifle events will be held at the Sinclair Range, St  John's.  This is in the centre of the Island and approximately a 20 minute drive from Douglas.  The Range has 20 permanently installed Sius electronic targets.  There is a large covered firing area and a Clubhouse serving refreshments throughout the day.  The Clubhouse and facilities are wheelchair friendly.

As regular visitors will know, the Sinclair Range has a total of 32 firing points, but its full conversion to electronic operation is still work-in-progress. Consequently, with 20 electronic targets available, in order to run a fully electronic meeting we are again offering two early bird squads on Friday afternoon to make up "Day 1" capacity, with Saturday afternoon providing range time for the Three Positions events.  A discount in the entry fee is available for everyone entering one of the Friday squads (see the entry form for details).

Equipment Control (EC):
Athletes intending their scores to be used for selection purposes must adhere to current ISSF clothing and equipment rules.  A full ISSF equipment control service will be available, staffed by qualified ISSF judges.  Random post-competition EC checks will be made in respect of 'selection' athletes.  Competitors not intending to use scores for selection purposes do not require EC certification, though their clothing & equipment must as a minimum satisfy NSRA rules.  A British Shooting kit tagging service will be available.

Shooting mats:
Shooting mats are provided as part of the Range equipment.  Do NOT bring your own.

Thursday - 13th April
The Range is available for training from 10.00 am.

Day 1 - Good Friday, 14th April / Saturday 15th April

The Range is available for training on Friday between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm.  Following this, the competition schedule begins.  See the entry form for timings and/or download the timetable graphic from this page.
