All
cartridge pistol events will be held at the Slieau Lhost
Range, a facility completed in 2001 with both 25m
and 50m ranges. Slieau Lhost is situated on the 'Mountain Road'
(on the TT Course) at Windy Corner, 20 minutes from Douglas.
The complex has four banks/20 firing points at 25m and
20 firing points at 50m, all covered.

Basis of Entry
In each event, a country may enter up to four competitors.
A further two competitors may take part as 'development
shooters'. Development shooters will be present on a
participation-only basis and will not be eligible for
medals.
In the Pairs events, countries must nominate their 'A'
pairs. Only the 'A' pairs will compete for medals.
'B' & 'C' pairs will be subject to a separate
reckoning. |
